Rapid growth exposed limitations in BetterBody Foods’ manual, spreadsheet-driven planning and inventory processes. Lack of real-time visibility and inconsistent procedures across facilities led to misalignment between teams, excess inventory, and product waste. BBF needed standardized processes and a modern ERP system to support scalability and efficiency.
